Course Structure:
- Theory: In addition to learning all the theory on how to prepare and manage a course, the student must prepare presentations on specific topics and deliver their own lessons.
- Pool: The student must conduct practical lessons on static and dynamic apnea in the pool. Additionally, the student must also meet the minimum requirements in pool disciplines.
- Open Water: The student must conduct practical lessons on deep diving disciplines. Similarly, they must also successfully meet the minimum requirements in CWT, FIM, and CNF modes in various specified tests.
- Exams: During the course, the student must successfully pass different exams, depending on the instructor level they are applying for. Duration: 7 days
Prerequisites:
- Possess a Level 3 certification (SSI3, AA Deep, or AIDA4).
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid medical certificate issued within the last two years stating “no medical contraindications for apnea practice.”
- Valid insurance for engaging in underwater activities (insurance can be purchased at the freediving center during the course).

CROSS OVER
This course is aimed at those who are already freediving instructors from one organization and wish to validate their certifications with another.
