Freediving Discovery
Our Discover Freediving Program is a great first step to learn more about our sport in a short period of time. You can choose to take a session in the swimming pool only or you can decide to join us in the open water, feeling absolutely safe and comfortable whichever option you choose.
This introduction is also perfect for snorkelers who would like to improve their skills and learn additional techniques that will allow them to be able to get closer to the underwater world.
The Discover Freediving program does not provide a certification so please check our courses section if you want to learn more and become a certified freediver.
During our Discover Freediving program your instructor will introduce you to the basics of proper breathing techniques and safety related to freediving.
THE COURSE CONTENT:
- 1 breathing and relaxation session
- 1 dry breath hold session
- 1 theory session
- 1 water session
YOU WILL:
- learn how to relax and breath properly before a dive
- learn how to equalize your ears
- practice Free Immersion and Constant Weight on a rope to a maximum depth of 10 meters
- learn how to hold your breath underwater for 1 minute or longer

SCHEDULE
We will start at around 9.30 am by learning to breathe correctly for freediving, how to use your breathing to relax and you will try a dry breath-hold. We follow with a short theory session to talk about the most important safety-related issues associated with freediving. In the open water we will practice descending on a line, while working on equalization, streamlining and relaxation.
Freediving Level 1
The Freediver course introduces you to static, dynamic and constant weight freediving knowledge and skills. It is intended for enthusiastic freedivers so it emphasizes the specialized breathing techniques, equipment, procedures and safety issues associated with freediving. This is done in only 2 days ½ and the aim is to get you to freedive comfortably and safely to 10-20 m of depth.

SCHEDULE:
- DAY 1: Starting at about 9.30am with some theory and breathing techniques, we go to the first OW session. After the lunch break we follow with a static and dynamic breath-hold session and debriefing.
- DAY 2: Theory and we go to the second OW session, to keep practicing freediving technique and learn Frenzel equalization.
- DAY 3: One OW session to learn all the safety skills and exam.
Freediving Level 2
Achieving a new freediving time or reaching a new depth is an incredible feeling. It satisfies that very personal desire to do your best and be proud of what you can accomplish. The advanced Freediver course is designed to fulfill that personal need to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly while learning how your body performs during apnea.

- DAY 3: Theory, OW session and exam in the break.
Freediving Level 3
The Course takes you to a whole new level of confidence in your freediving skills. You will you learn the latest techniques for deeper diving and you will learn more about conditioning your body for freediving. This course will help you to redefine the limits of your freediving abilities.
